Lena Sundermeyer
Singer, songwriter and vocal teacher Lena Sundermeyer lives in Berlin. She studied jazz in Dresden. In 2008 she was award winner of the Song Live Creative competition at the Sängerakademie Hamburg (Singers’ Academy). In 2010, she also won the Advancement Award for Culture of Bremerhaven, her town of birth. Beyond her own quartet, her other projects include the duo Goetheallee (Goethe’s Avenue) with pianist Jochen Aldinger and the vocal quintet Wortart Ensemble (Word Art Ensemble).
